Please make sure to prepare the following requirements before filling out the registration form. 

Short Bio

You will be asked to provide a short bio in the form. Please provide a brief summary of your professional journey to date. You may include the following:

• Business name
• The industry you’re in which your business is involved
• Past industries or businesses in which you have been involved
• City and state where you are currently located
• Other information relevant to referrals (target demographics, specific skillsets, etc.)

Headshot

The image to be uploaded should be of a high resolution with suggested minimum dimensions of 1000 (px)  x 1000 (px).

Short Video

Please record a 1-minute video promoting our services to your target audience. You may include the following details:

• Short intro: Your name, title/position, business name, and what you do. 
• What led you to Bottleneck?
• Why should they hire an Assistant through Bottleneck?
• Other insights about working with Bottleneck

Upload your video to Google Drive or Dropbox, please ensure that file sharing is turned on for the upload.
